Budget / Exclusive Budget Access

Protect data in the Budget Entry window.

Note

Exclusive Budget Access Mode must be turned on.

To apply exclusive access to a budget layer

• Navigate to the relevant layer.
• Within the widget header, click .

• You will notice that the data entry screen will be green to indicate you have "locked" it.

• When another user accesses that same layer, they will notice a red screen to indicate they are unable to edit.

To release exclusive access

• Speak to your administrator, they can unlock via Exclusive Budget Access.
