Enhancements

  • Control Centre:
    • Increased spacing for: (note the lines in the bottom right corner for expansion)
      • Budget Fields - Cell Editor.
      • Reporting Platform/Datasets > {dataset name} > Fields - 'Field Construction' field.
      • Variables - variable value.
      • Parameters - After Add SQL and After Modeller Save SQL.
    • Find / Replace - Added to budget fields.
    • Budget SQL - Cell Editor - SQL is formatted correctly.
  • Report Editor - Fields - Bold - individual fields can be made bold and the setting is preserved in both customized report previews and saved Report widgets. (Zendesk #85758)
  • Scheduler - 'Run As' - 'Admin' users or users with 'Full Access' permission can select another user to run the scheduled task as. (Zendesk #77652)
  • Generator - add combobox and checklist user input parameters.
  • Exclusive Budget Access - prevent users updating the same budget (Zendesk #62302)

Fixes

  • Alerts:
    • Details/tabs increase in size.
    • Error: occurred when saving change or Failed: Could not save changes.
  • Permissions - System - Import from budget widget - menu item is still visible when 'Allow' is unticked. (Zendesk #88320, 88633)
  • Budget comments - Error when using rich text.
  • Scheduler - Time Series 'Use Previous Month' Check Box missing. (Zendesk #89701)
  • Transaction widget:
    • ERROR [42000] [MySQL][ODBC 8.0(w) Driver][mysqld-5.7.36]. (Zendesk #90288)
    • tab increases in size.
  • Financial Planning - Uploading global worksheets in financial plan clears GL code column. (Zendesk 90682)
  • Budget Lookups - Export drops leading zero's.
  • BlackBaud Generator — failed API pulls retry without releasing memory, causing OutOfMemoryException and server-wide memory exhaustion. (Zendesk #90366)
  • Excel Publisher (v5.3.71) - Multi layer reports displaying 'Not Applicable'. (Zendesk #46065)

Enhancements

  • Building Consents - CCC Application Date field should be determined by the presence of either CAR or CCR status in a consent's history. (Zendesk #50135)
  • Payroll AU - Updated 'Leave Transaction' standard report. (Zendesk #33836)

  • Creditors:

    • New standard report:
      • Payments Due by transaction with Project and GL numbers. (Zendesk #16247)
      • Aged Trial Balance. (Zendesk #2726)
      • Updated reports to include Outstanding status.
    • New fields:
      • End of Month, Age, and Arrears (Zendesk #2726)
      • Notes
    • New condition - "Status = Outstanding".

  • Creditor Transactions - New field - Notes.

      • Full Year Actuals that include period 13.

  • Creditors:

  • Resource Consents - updated SQL query to eliminate 2 plus hours for running
