Administrative Functions / Document List - Column Settings¶
Globally defines which columns to display when viewing folders in document libraries.
This setting does not override folders that have existing settings defined by users, or a user has set their own column settings default via the Personal dashboard (login name).
- Navigate to the MAGIQ Documents Control Panel > Document List - Column Settings.
- Click Select to nominate which columns you want to globally define.
