The DSN file cannot be found or The current user cannot access the file¶
Symptoms¶
Database connection fails at application startup because the DSN file cannot be found or is inaccessible.

Installation Problems¶
Make sure that the application was setup correctly and that the IRWEB.DSN file is in the application path.
Access Right Restrictions¶
Make sure that MAGIQ Documents can read the IRWEB.DSN file. The ASPNET account or the NETWORK SERVICE must have Full Control rights to the entire application directory.
