Enhancements

  • Retention and Disposition schedules:
    • Two additional options - Create Task and Send Email.
    • Disposition options 'upon create' and 'upon cutoff' are only available if the schedule has a single disposition schedule. If a temporary retention type is selected, the only available disposition trigger will be upon retention end.
  • Purge queue (backend) - improvement to performance and maintain system health. This queue continuously cleans up purged folders and files when disposing documents or clearing recycle bin contents.

Fixes

  • Warehouse upgrades could fail if meta files were empty or corrupted during version number updates.
  • "Section titles" visibilities in the form generation process. This affects screens that use hiding captions in some cases, such as the search screen and disposition schedule screen.
  • Retention and disposition screen prompts and data validation changes.
  • Logs:
    • Screen path filters wildcard issue.
    • Historical logs for folders did not return subfolder logs.
