IO operation failed in the application path

Symptoms

I/O test for the infoRouter application directory fails. The infoRouter application path includes portal definitions, logs, resources and configuration data that infoRouter must be able to access during normal operation.

Resolution

MAGIQ Documents must have Full Control rights in the application path.

On Windows 2000 (IIS 5, IIS 5.1)

The ASPNET account (for Windows 2000) or the NETWORK SERVICE account (for Windows 2003) must be given Full Control rights to the MAGIQ Documents application directory.
