Notifications are set to run every 15 minutes or later due to resources taken to run the subscription service.

Audit logs within MAGIQ Documents need to be ticked for the relevant libraries. If these are not ticked the notifications will not work.

Users will only be notified if they are part of the organisation or category.

A user will be notified via email if there is a new document, a new version or the document has been moved to a different library/folder.

Users will not be notified if a document has been registered / uploaded into the upload folder path. For a user to be notified of documents registered into the upload document path, they must subscribe to the upload folder within MAGIQ Documents. Only the MAGIQ Documents representative for the organisation / Council can move documents from the upload folder to the relevant folder.
