Warehouse file cannot be found

Symptoms

MAGIQ Documents uses warehouse paths to store document contents and other meta files.

This error condition occurs when MAGIQ Documents cannot find a the intended document in the a warehouse path it expects to find it in. Like a version file, meta file or an abstract file, etc..

The missing document can be a version file, a meta file, an abstract file etc..

Make note of the document id. This will help in further investigating the problem.

If you recently restored the warehouse for a backup and did not match it with the correct database restore, this problem will occur.

Resolution

If you are getting this message and you did a recent restore of the database and/or database please make sure that the warehouse and the matching correct database pairs has been restored.
