Retention & Disposition / Freezing of Documents or Folders

A document or folder’s retention status can be stopped or frozen due to court cases arising.

To Stop / Freeze a document / folder

  • Navigate to the Folder / Document.
  • Select Properties.
  • Click Update R&D Freeze Flag in the section of 'Retention and Disposition Settings'.
  • Tick the check box and enter any comments.
  • Click ok.
