Statistics¶
Provides statistics about the folder selected. Such as total documents, total checked out documents, total sub folders and total folder size.
Compact Versions¶

Before deleting a version, make sure you consult your Records Manager as this has implications with Retention and Disposal
Allows you to delete previous versions of documents. Library Policies determine who can use this function. Also, bear in mind about your retention and disposal requirements.
Logs and Reports¶
Selecting the logs and reports menu item displays a range of reports which show events related to the selected item.
To view a report, select the report you wish to run, you may also be prompted to enter a date range.
For a list of available reports refer to audit logs.
Associations¶
Ability to link/cross reference documents or folders to the folder selected.
- Select Folder properties
- Select Associations from the sidebar menu
- Select New Association
- Click Select next to Associate With
- Navigate to and click into relevant folder that you wish to associate to
- Click OK
