External Authentication Authority Error

SYMPTOMS:

One of the following error messages are displayed when a user attempts to log in.

Invalid URI or URI is empty

External Authentication (xxxxxx) Authority error

RESOLUTION:

This exception is thrown when an external authentication source has not been specified or has been incorrectly specified in the web.config file settings of MAQIG Documents.

You must edit the web.cofig file and specify the external authentication source that will be used when a user attempts to log in.
