Categories

A Category is a pre-defined search query.

Categories are used to group related documents under a common heading

Search Categories can be added, removed or edited by nominated Search and Category Administrators.

To search for documents using Categories

  • Click the Categories tab.

  • Look for a Category name that best describes the type of document you are searching for.
  • Click the category name/header to display a list of documents that fall under the described category

Categories will vary depending on organisational requirements.
