Reporting / Cloud / Overview¶
MAGIQ Reporting & Analytics is a web-based reporting and statistical analysis system which uses MAGIQ Performance to gather data from MAGIQ Documents to run
reports to measure key performance indicators for document management, workflow and retention and disposal functions allowing relevant filters or conditions to be applied.
Reports can be created on an adhoc basis and scheduled.
Menu Options¶

Dashboard - Displays the dashboards that you have access to.
Reports - Displays a list of reports, including MAGIQ Documents standard reports and any newly saved reports that are shared with everyone and reports which are specified to yourself.
Analytics - Used for power users to create new reports, charts etc.
Administration - For administrators to manages users and permissions etc. Refer to MAGIQ Performance online help under Administration for further information.
