Introduction to MAGIQ Reporting

MAGIQ Documents has two reporting modules.

Cloud

For cloud customers MAGIQ Performance is used for reporting enables organisations to easily create user defined reports across MAGIQ Documents using both standard and custom report templates.

MAGIQ Performance can utilise dashboards for certain users to enable a high level overview of what is happening. This is ideal for managers.

MAGIQ supplies a list of standard reports, from those reports you can manipulate and create your own reports.

On Premise

This is the original MAGIQ Documents Reporting Module which enables organisations to easily create user defined reports (using document folder reports) across MAGIQ Documents using both standard and custom report templates.

Alterntively, reports are created using a SQL query (Administration & Statistical reports) to produce the required result.

MAGIQ Documents Reports Types There are three types (or sections) of Reports within the module:

  • Document & Folder reports that can be accessed by all users from the infoXpert Reports menu (i.e. shared reports)

  • Document & Folder reports that can be accessed by a specific user from the infoXpert Reports menu (i.e. private reports)

  • Administration & Statistical reports used by authorised users

All reports within each of the above three sections feature user defined search criteria.

In addition each of the report templates can be customised by authorised users who have installed the End User Report Designer.
