Invalid MAGIQ Documents Database

Symptoms:

Database connection fails at application startup.

Resolution:

Check the IRWEB.DSN file located in the Application Path. (c:\MAGIQ\Documents\irweb.dsn). Note: Open with a text editor such as Notepad.

For MYSQL and MS SQLSERVER, make sure that the Database parameter points to a valid MAGIQ Documents database.

For ORACLE, make sure that the SERVER parameter points to a valid service for the MAGIQ Documents database.
