Notifications and E-mail / Task Notifications

Task notifications are e-mails sent to MAGIQ Documents users reminding them that a Task has been assigned to them and is pending.

The built in tasks in MAGIQ Documents are as follows:

• Read

• Read Published Version

• Provide task comments

• Approve / Reject Decision

• Provide ISO comments

• Provide SOX comments

• Downgrade classification level

• Declassify document

• Edit

• Archive document
