MAGIQ Documents Publishing Portal

MAGIQ Documents Publishing Portal provides a secure web based gateway for Clients, Councillors and other authorised users to access nominated MAGIQ documents and folders without having direct access to the MAGIQ application.

Login

Log in to the Publishing Portal to access folders and documents that are related to you.

Register

A person can register to be a user of the publishing portal. The user fills out the Registration form, an email is sent to the administrator advising that user has been created.

The user will be logged in to the publishing portal, but they will only see public folders and documents.

The administrator will need to assign the user to the relevant categories and organisations.

Displays relevant contact information for your Organisation / Council.

My Facilities

View documents that only relate to the Facility that you belong to. For more information refer to My Facilities.

Publications

My Documents – View documents that only relate to the categories that you belong to.

General Documents - View documents that are made available for everyone (Public Documents).

News

Search

Search for documents and folders. Refer to search for more information.

My Account

Displays the logged in users profile, which they can update. Refer to my account for more information.

Administration

Will only display if you are an administrator. Refer to administration for more information.
