Cannot connect to support site¶
SYMPTOMS:¶
MAGIQ Documents attempts to connect to the support site for the following reasons:
- Retrieve latest available release information.
- Download Online samples and/or templates.
- Install latest releases to your server.
If your server is on a network with no access to the internet this exception might occur.
Access to outside servers may have been restricted by firewalls / proxy servers or local internet security software program.
RESOLUTION:¶
If you are using a firewall, proxy server or a local internet security software, you should configure them to allow for exceptions to the following sites:
- "www.infoRouter.com"
- "www.actinn.com"
- "liveupdate.infoRouter.com"
These programs require access to our servers:
- "infoRouter web application"
- "IRLiveUpdate80.exe"
- "IRPATCH80.exe"
