My Documents

Displays folders and documents which belong to the logged in user. For example, development applications.

General Documents

Displays folders and documents which belong to public categories for everyone to view. For example fees and charges, animal registration forms, annual reports, council minutes, building and planning guidelines.

  • Clicking either My Documents or General Documents.
  • A list of categories will display.
  • Clicking the category name will display documents that reside in the root level folder.
  • Click the category name or right arrow next to the category name to display a list of available folders.
  • Clicking the folder name will display documents on the right.
