Document meta file cannot be found in the warehouse or is unreadable (invalid format)

Symptoms

MAGIQ Documents uses warehouse paths to store document contents and other meta files.

This error condition occurs when MAGIQ Documents tries to read meta file in the document path and cannot find the meta file or in cases where the file is found but it is unreadable. The meta file should be a properly formatted XML document which can be parsed into valid components.

Look at the error details to determine the document id.

Resolution

Make sure that the warehouse configuration points to the correct path.

If you have performed a migration or restored the warehouse make sure that the restore matches the database from the same backup
