PDF Cover Page Creation Failure

Symptoms

MAGIQ Documents can generate a cover page with document properties for PDF documents.

Cover page templates are stored in the c:\MAGIQ\Documents\Application\config path ("CoverPage.[language].pdf").This file may be inaccessible or missing.

Resolution

Make sure the files under the c:\MAGIQ\Documents\Application\config path includes a file called "CoverPage.[language].pdf".

If the templates are missing, running live update may solve this problem.
