In-tray / Tasks

The MAGIQ Documents In-Tray provides any easy way for users to manage their MAGIQ Documents tasks that have been assigned to them for action.

Features include:

  • Delegations
  • Project Tags
  • Bulk Task completion.
  • Single view of Task and document comments
  • Provides a wide range of action that can be selected for each task in the In-Tray:
  • Display task details (and complete tasks)
  • View document in web browser
  • Open a document within Document Navigator
  • Open selected documents within Document Navigator
  • View document comments
  • View document properties
  • Generate Auto Reply Letter (using Auto Response Generator module)
  • Apply Filters to only display Tasks based on a range of criteria
