Create Associated Task¶
Allows the document to be sent to another user via a Task. This action does not remove this task from your task list.
For example, a user has been given the task via a workflow, due to the nature of the document another user should also be involved.
Using 'create associated task' will add the task to the current step of the workflow. Once all tasks within the step are completed, thw workflow will proceed to the next step.
Alternatively, if the task has been recevied by a user, and that user believes another user should also work on the task, 'create associated task' is used.
To apply an associated task¶

This is the same screen used when creating a Task. Enter all details for the task as you normally would.
- Click OK.
