Refer to how to create a workflow

Properties

Displays information entered at time of creation. Allows further changes to be made if need be.

Active

By Default this is unticked.

Tick for workflow to be active so it can be used.

Delete

Deletes the highlighted workflow.

Workflow Steps

Add Step

Adds a step to the workflow.

Step Name

Enter a step name, for example, Read and Action

Edit Step

Edit either the step name or the 'on start move to folder'

Delete Step

Deletes a step from the workflow

Add Task

Adds a task within the step. Refer to how to create a workflow.

Edit Task

Edit task options specified when creating.

Delete Task

Deletes the tasks

Save as

Workflow can be renamed and saved to a different library.
