Administrative Functions / License Manager

This is an information only screen that is designed to keep the System Administrator up to date with their licensing information.

All the information that appears comes from a license file which is provided by MAGIQ Software Ltd.

Note

If your MAGIQ Documents License has expired, please contact an MAGIQ Documents representative. Installations with expired licenses will be unable to be updated.

Company Name, Company Address, Country, Contact Name, Phone Number and Email Address - Contains the information for the company the software is licensed to.

User License Type - Defaults to "Named user License".

Licensed User Count - The figure listed here determines the maximum number of users that can be created in the current MAGIQ Documents installation.

Active User Count - number of active users.

Disabled User Count - number disabled users.

Database Type - Defaults to "No Restriction".

Authentication Type - Defaults to "No Restriction".

Maximum Document Count - Defaults to "No Restriction".

Maximum Library Count - Defaults to "No Restriction".

Anonymous Access - This determines whether Document Libraries can be set up to allow anonymous access.

Allow Workflow - This determines whether the license allows for the use of MAGIQ Document's workflow capabilities.

Subscription Start Date - States the start date of the current MAGIQ license.

Subscription End Date - States the end date of the current MAGIQ license.

Update License

With an update license received via email, system administrators can now save the new license file and update it.
