Publishing Portal / My Facilities

Note

The word 'Facilities' may be configured to your organisations terminology eg Organisation. Refer to the IX Publishing Portal Customisation Guide for further information.

Displays folders and documents of the facility that the user belongs to.

  • Click My Facilities.
  • A list of categories and facilities that are relevant to the user will display.
  • Clicking the category or facility name will display documents that reside in the root level folder.
  • Click the facility name or right arrow next to the facility name to display a list of available folders.
  • Clicking the folder name will display documents on the right.
